Ashton Ridge: Ashton Ridge will be a new 21 lot subdivision located on approximately 6 acres off of Providence Lane West in South Charlotte. The subdivision plan has been approved by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Department, construction is underway, and homes are anticipated for completion in the Summer of 2017. Queen City Development is custom developing the subdivision for a local builder. All lots are under contract.
Old Belle Meade: Old Belle Meade will be a new 15 lot subdivision off of Tilley Morris and Spring Street just inside of I-485 in South Charlotte. The subdivision plan has been approved by the
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Department, construction is underway, and
