Ashton Ridge: Ashton Ridge is a new 21 lot subdivision located on approximately 6 acres off of Providence Lane West in South Charlotte. Queen City Development custom developed the subdivision for a local builder. All lots are SOLD.
Old Belle Meade: Old Belle Meade is a new 15 lot subdivision off of Tilley Morris and Spring Street just inside of I-485 in South Charlotte. Queen City Development developed the subdivision for a local builder. All lots are SOLD.
Past Projects: Since 2004 Queen City Development Group has assembled 18 South-Charlotte in-fill subdivisions for local builders and investors accounting for over 185 new residential lots including subdivisions such as Ashton off of Providence Road developed for Simonini Builders, Cotswold Retreat developed for Classica Homes, and Hampton Oaks built out by James Custom Homes.
