New roof, stainless appliances, HVAC, fresh paint.....The yard is fully fenced and the front, rear, and roof top decks provide ample venues for outside entertaining and relaxing. The beach is a just a short walk away. This home is pet friendly (well behaved, kennel trained dogs only) - some breed restrictions apply.

Completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, the open floor plan has lots of owner's personal touches. The dock is well suited for the boating or fishing enthusiast and the canal provides access to the inter-coastal waterway. Wildlife abounds in the nearby marsh area. Sorry, no pets allowed at this home. 2019 guests will get to enjoy a new front deck, driveway, and cabled railings on the rear and upper deck!
